Kynd values the privacy of individuals whom we interact with, especially their personal information.
The term ‘Kynd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or “App” or the “Company” refers to the owner of the App. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the App. Your use of this App constitutes a contract with us.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal information that Kynd collects from or about you, and how we use and to whom we disclose that information, such as to you, either as a current or former user of Kynd.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the personal information of all individuals who are users of the Kynd Dating App. We have developed other documents that describe our privacy policies and practices with respect to our customers and other parties with whom we interact (see our “Terms of Service”) and information collected on our App.

Personal information is any information about an identified or identifiable individual such as first name or the first initial and the last name in combination with one or more names, and any other information like contacts and financial information.
We collect and maintain different types of personal information about you, such as basic profile details and the types of people you’d like to meet. We also collect information generated as you use our services, for example access logs, as well as information from third parties, like when you access our services through a social media account. All personal information is collected directly from you and through third parties like Facebook, Google and Apple.
For the use of our App, you are obligated to provide us with your personal information, including, without limitation, names, email addresses or other information related to your use of the App. This information may be collected when you sign into the App; when you contact us; when you respond to our request for information; or when you submit your personal data to us for any reason. In addition, we may receive information about you from third parties and we shall treat the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may use cookies and other similar technologies to collect information about how you use the App and provide features to you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on browsers or devices by the App. We may also ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.
We may share your information with our agents, employees or contractors to help provide, understand, and improve the App.
We can only use or share your information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy with your express consent.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction to the best of our ability. Additionally, sensitive personal information in electronic records, such as credit card or debit card numbers, is encrypted.
We will not sell your information to third parties. Disclosure of your information to third parties shall only happen where you have provided us consent and, in the situations, expressly set out in this Policy. We will also disclose your information to third parties to comply with legal obligations or industry requirements. This includes disclosures to legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, and law enforcement authorities.
The personal information collected is only accessible by the management which may be made available upon request. You may also request a copy of your personal information at any time through prior notice to support@kynddating.com.
Once your personal information is collected from our App, it is stored on our database.
We shall retain personal data collected for a reasonable time frame, which will vary depending on the nature of the data and whether the data may be needed for future legitimate use.
Once you give us your personal information, we have the right to retain the information as long as we deem fit for the benefit of the employment relationship. However, you have the right to have any information about you removed at any point upon completion of the employment relationship. This right may be exercised through written notice to support@kynddating.com or by submitting Account Deletion form here.
Your right to access, rectify or delete the personal information that we hold about you is not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse your request. In addition, the personal information may have been destroyed, erased or made anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices.
When requesting access to, or rectification or deletion of your personal information, please note that we may request specific information from you to enable us to confirm your identity and right to access, rectify or delete, as well as to search for and provide you with the personal information that we hold about you. The removal of any or all personal information about you shall be following the FTC recommendations on the secure-erase of electronic documents, which are as follows:
1. The use of secure-erase software allows the erasure of all data from all hard drive areas, even on areas not being used.
2. The use of data to overwrite the erased data multiple times makes it difficult for attackers to "peel away" the new layer.
We endeavor to take precautions to ensure that the information you have provided is protected against unauthorized or unintended use, access or disclosure. However, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized or unintended use, access, or disclosure beyond our control.
We may amend this Policy from time to time. The amended Policy will be publicized on our portal.
